İADE POLİTİKASI
Her ürün grubunda küçük farklılıklar olabilir. Ancak, siparişinizle ilgili endişeleriniz varsa, lütfen bizimle on2050@on2050.com adresinden iletişime geçmekten çekinmeyin. Lütfen ürünü aldıktan sonra 14 gün içinde ve geri göndermeden önce bizi bilgilendirdiğinizden emin olun. Lütfen siparişinizle ilgili tam ad, sipariş numaranız ve iletişim bilgilerinizi de bildiriminize ekleyin. Aldıktan sonra zarar gören, paketi açılmış ve etiketi sökülmüş mallar iade edilemez. Aksi takdirde, 14 gün içinde ürünün başka bir ürünle değiştirilmesi veya iade edilmesi mümkündür.
Müşterilerin iade nakliye masraflarından sorumlu olduğunu lütfen unutmayın.

RETURN POLICY
There may be slight differences in each batch of products. However if you have any concerns with your order please do not hesitate to contact us at on2050@on2050.com. Please be sure to inform us within 14 days of after receive the product and before sending back. Please include the full name associated with your order, order number and contact information in your notice. Goods that are damaged, unpacked and tag removed after receival can not be refunded. Otherwise change of the product with another item or refund is possible within 14 days.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping.
